Canadian Progressive Metal band Last Scattering officially started in March, 2013, Last Scattering was founded by guitarist Jeff Hyde in July, 2012. Upon finding co-members Fahim Safi, Dervish Kucukovic, Kyle Schwartz, Omar Badawi, and Ryan Summerfield by March, the band had united to begin writing music for their debut album. In September, 2013, the band parted ways with bassist Kyle Schwartz. By October, Last Scattering had recruited bassist, and long time friend, Andy Dmytryshyn to bear the rumbling lines beneath their work. As of October 1st, 2013, Last Scattering was signed to Ghost Vision Records, spear-headed by Hamilton metal promoter, owner of Chaos Corp. Promotions, Eric Camilleri. Last Scattering's debut concept album, Eidolon, is set to be released on August 4th, 2014 followed up by The Ecliptolon Tour, with friends The Parallax, across Ontario and Quebec.
