Michał Tokaj b.24.02.1974 in Warsaw. Polish pianist and composer. He completed his education at the Karol Szymanowski Public Music University in Katowice. The pianist has performed in the USA, Israel, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia. He has worked and/or recorded with Jan Ptaszyn Wróblewski, Ewa Bem, Janusz Muniak, Tomasz Szukalski, Piotr Wojtasik, Darek Oles, Piotr Baron, Victor Lewis, Monty Waters... In September of 2004 the pianist's own CD "Bird Alone" a trio effort recorded with bassist Darek Oles and drummer Łukasz Żyta was released on the Japanese label Gats Production.
