http://www.koistinen.org/ Koistinen was formed in November 2006 in Brno (Czech Republic) by singer, guitarist and songwriter Iszek Baraque who asked his musically more skillfull fellow students from Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts Edgar Mojdl (bassguitar, mini keyboard) and his partner in neverending semiotic disscusions Vojtěch Dlask (piano). Rhytmic engine for the band is other fellow from the school – Vladimír Třebický (drums). The name of the band was inspired by a character of Kaurismäki´s movie Lights in the Dusk.
