Artist
Poletime? is group of good looking men from Brno( Czech Republic) playing original banjo-punk-folk-future-jazz-country style in turbochanson spirit. Their name means "will we fly?" in czech. No sounds of instruments that don´t exist, no texts about things that didn´t happen or never gonna happen. Gentle but indecent, narrow-minded but keeping themself above the things, sad, yet funny and sweet, yet bitter. Respet to big czech artists as Voskovec and Werich, Waldemar Matuska, Jiri Slitr, Jara Cimrman, Sklep Theatre. Members: Frontman Rudolf Brančovský (lead vocals, banjo, guitar) is also known as a painter. Other members are Vojtěch Konečný (violin, vocals), Jáchym Hájek (trumpet, vocals), Ondřej Hájek (piano, accordion), Honza Beran (bass, vocals), Michal Jež (percussion, vocals) and Pavel Křižovenský( saxophone, vocals). Discography: Jednoduché písničky o složitém životě (2008) Skupina dobře vypadajících mužů (2010) Kroskántry (2012) Turbošansón (2014) You can buy or download their music on official website: http://www.poletime.info/ Or visite their facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/poletime Personal website of Rudolf Brancovsky(frontman): http://www.brancovsky.cz/ User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
