Karima is a Dutch R&B singer. She started her music career in 1995 with Dignity, a girl group featuring future solo star and eurovision diva Edsilia Rombley. Their career started with the No Sweat: Dutch R&B Flava project and their hit single 'Talk To Me'. With the depature of Edsilia, the group continued as a trio, releasing their only album. Further singles included 'The Right Guy', 'Nothing Is For Free' and 'Everything Has Changed'. Karima's solo career kicked off with the single 'Grief'. After an absence as a solo artist of several years, she issued her debut album 'Belofte' [Promise], of which the majority was sung in Dutch. It featured 2 singles: 'Wil Voor Je Gaan' [Want To Go For You] and 'Hold On Sister'. The album has not seen a follow up as of yet.
