Kai Starr is a shell-shocked veteran of a few 80's cover bands--guys who never wanted to do his original material. He went through some extremely rough times, and didn't make any music for several years, but now that he's back into playing guitar, he refuses to do any more covers, outside of karaoke bars. He loves to sing anything that lets his voice go soaring up into the high ranges, or play around notes in a sensual or fun way, but he has a special place in his heart for blues and blues-rock.
