Jam & Spoon were a German electronic music duo formed in 1991 in Frankfurt. The group consisted of composers and producers Rolf Ellmer, also known as Jam El Mar, and Markus Löffel, also known as Mark Spoon. They also recorded under the pseudonyms Tokyo Ghetto Pussy, Storm, and Big Room. Under these aliases, album credits were sometimes listed under the names Trancy Spacer and Spacy Trancer. Jam & Spoon released their first album, "BreaksUnit1", in 1991. Their first widely recognised track was the 1992 single "Stella", which became popular in dance clubs and was frequently remixed. The duo also produced remixes of the singles "The Age of Love" and "Go". Their first international commercial success came in 1993 with the single "Right in the Night", followed by "Find Me (Odyssey to Anyoona)" and "Angel (Ladadi O-Heyo)". These recordings featured vocals by Plavka Lonich, who subsequently collaborated regularly with the duo, contributing vocals, songwriting, and live performances. The albums "Tripomatic Fairytales 2001" and "Tripomatic Fairytales 2002" were released in 1994, followed by "Disco 2001" in 1995 under the Tokyo Ghetto Pussy name, "Kaleidoscope" in 1997, "Stormjunkie" in 2000 under the Storm name, and "Tripomatic Fairytales 3003" in 2005. In 2000, the duo remixed "The Chase", a 1979 track by Giorgio Moroder. Released as "Giorgio Moroder vs. Jam & Spoon", the remix reached number one on the US Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart. In June 2002, the single "Be.Ange
