Iona Marshall is fast becoming recognised throughout the central belt for her stunning Celtic tinged barefooted performances. Her live one woman gigs are a mix of melodic folk infused with ambient electronica where she plays guitar and keyboards with experimental synth parts. As well as playing numerous festivals (Kelburn Country Castle; Home Game; Hidden Door; Iona Beach Party), Iona has been on tour in London and played in many major cities on the UK attaining airplay on Radio One. Her electronic influence gives a vibrant, new edge to her sound, ever harnessed by a captivating use of lyrical imagery and delicate melodies.
