Ida Skog (nee Ida Bendiksen Skogvold), born 1985 in Oslo, Norway is a Norwegian indie singer/songwriter. Ida started her musical career when she was just a little bitty baby, when her mama would rock her in the cradle. Her mother claims she would sing long before she could talk. At a young age, Ida Skog joined many band who have grown famous, like The Moronic Foolz, Shrinkwrap and Vox Populi. When she was a teenager she was a significant part of the wonderful indie music scene in Gothenburg, Sweden. In the past year she has worked on doing lovely covers of famous songs, like "In The Aeroplane over the Sea", "Tree Hugger", and "Anyone Else But You", featuring her talented room-mate K-Flo. Her favorite color is blue and her favorite Top Model contestant is Mollie Sue. One of Ida Skog's most recent recordings is a painfully honest and touching ballad about Pluto's loss of planetary status; a cause she is personally very emotional about. The track is titled "Pluto (Makes her Cry)" and will be available on self-released EP's pretty dang soon. The world is holding it's breath.
