The record received excellent review in the American music magazine Flipside. In December 1996, Hic et nunc recorded their second album entitled Lava in Zagreb. Their third record Howling Monkeys' Blues was released in April 1998 and received excellent reviews from the important American music magazines Gearhead and Flip
