Artist
Het Chateau d'If was one of several monikers used by home recording artist Bob Timroff from The Hague, The Netherlands, in the 1980s. Timroff used it as his solo moniker while he was in the band Final Unit. As Het Chateau d'If, Timroff released a demo cassette in 1981 entitled Terry and June. The cassette was forgotten by practically everybody until Marco van Dalfsen, an avid collector of Dutch demo cassettes from back in the day, started doing research. He even re-issued the music on cassette (50 copies), with Terry and June on side A and a demo of another of Timroff's monikers, Ego Produkties, on side B. The music was also made available digitally, with extra 'Lost Recordings' of both monikers. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
