Ego Produkties was one of several monikers used by minimal/electronic home recording artist Bob Timroff from The Hague, The Netherlands, in the 1980s. Timroff used Ego Produkties as his solo moniker while he was in the band Final Unit. As Ego Produkties, Timroff released a demo cassette in 1981: the self-titled Ego Produkties. The cassette was forgotten by practically everybody until Marco van Dalfsen, an avid collector of Dutch demo cassettes from back in the day, started doing research. He even re-issued the music on cassette (50 copies), with Ego Produkties on side B and the Terry and June demo of another of Timroff's monikers, Het Chateau d'If, on side A. The music was also made available digitally, along with some additional 'Lost Recordings' made by Timroff under both monikers.
