Full Monte, based out of Indianapolis, Indiana, comes from diverse backgrounds, and a plethora of influences gives them their sound. Full Monte formed over the course of 4 years. In 2008 Sarah Hall and Daniel Platz met in high school and became friends before musicians. This became a pattern when Joe Humbert and Cyrus Youngman joined the band. Sarah and Daniel met Joe at a party in the winter of 2009, and before the summer of 2010, Joe had unofficially joined Full Monte, filling in at parties and small shows, then later officially becoming the bass player in the winter of 2011.
