Folksongs for the Afterlife is a Brooklyn, New York-based pop band headed by Caroline Schutz (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and Chris Sizemore (guitar, samples, sequencing, vocals). More recently, Steve Toole has joined as a permanent member on guitar. The lineup also includes Chris Deaner, from Versus offshoot Plus Minus, on drums; David Gould from The Bootleg Remedy, on bass, and occasionally, Chris Seeds from Art Tankers Convoy on keyboard.
