Ambient and minimal, lo-fi and little bit glitchy. Folkhälsan is Finnish electronic musician, Timo Harjuniemi. Folkhälsan builds aural landscapes that go straight into the soul. His music relies on only few elements but the result is intensive and complex. These strong and emotional songs grab you and make you want to heal. Folkhälsan uses atmospheric synthesizers, deep bass lines, hissy and glitchy samples to create rhythms and different kinds of field recordings that pop and crackle. The outcome is full of warmth, beauty and wonder. This music truly runs deep. Folkhälsan has previously released "Talkoot" and self-titled "Folkhälsan" on Siko Records.
