Fair is Foul was a short-lived band based out of Marietta, Georgia. It began in 2006 between Sam Wilhoit (drum kit), Michael Stallings (bass), and Nathan Hardy (guitar/vocals). After a couple years of writing they decided to add Kyle Martin (keyboard) and Josh Harmon (guitar) to add to their live performance . It grew quickly, becoming a local phenomenon with the release of a self-titled EP released in 2008. However, with the loss of Kyle Martin and Michael Stallings, the band picked up a new player: Josh Bekker (bass). The band never quite regained the momentum - nor the distinctive sound - that they had before. Though their sound had changed, it was still popular. Inter-band issues created tension between the members, and the band played their last show in April of 2009.
