Esther de Jong (born 1994) is a Dutch singer, songwriter and instrumentalist from the town of Dokkum, The Netherlands. Following a string of singles in 2019, De Jong's début EP, Van mij, came out in 2020. De Jong's initial focus was on lyrics and performance, but her sound has become richer since her recruitment of a full band, featuring Daan van Beijeren (keys, vocals), Alusein Rosier (drums) and Esker van de Werken (strings, keys, vocals). De Jong's full-length début album, Even over leven, was released in June 2023 on prestigious Dutch indie label, Excelsior Recordings.
