After gaining a Higher National Diploma in Ceramic Art and Design he worked at Felingwn Pottery as a thrower and then started his own business ,James pottery in 1990. His first recordings were with the band Hub and in 1995 in Slate st studio , Moriston, Swansea .(See lastfm Hub-0001) After this he made his own albums and played all the instruments. After learning and practicing Japa meditation which uses the transcendental sound vibration, the names of the lord in the form of the Maha Mantra , 5 of the 11 albums below were made incorporating chanting the holy names.
