Dr. Skull is a heavy metal band formed in 1983 in Ankara. As all the four members Murat Ersöz, Murat Baştepe, Alper Yarangümeli and Mustafa Erman got into the medical school, the band's initial name "Skull" was changed to their latter name "Dr. Skull".
