Murder King is a Turkish heavy metal band formed in 2002. Emerging from Istanbul's underground scene, the band quickly became known for their energetic performances and politically charged lyrics. Initially starting as a cover band, Murder King soon began composing original material that resonated with audiences across Turkey. Their debut album, Gürültü Kirliliği ("Noise Pollution"), released in 2014, marked a significant milestone in their career. The album was well-received and established the band's reputation within the Turkish metal community. In 2019, they released Fiyasko ("Fiasco"), followed by an acoustic compilation album titled Sakin ("Calm") the same year. In 2020, they released the single "Eyvah," continuing their tradition of bold and socially conscious music.
