Alban Uzoma Nwapa (born August 26, 1957), known by his stage name Dr. Alban, is a Nigerian-born Swedish musician and producer with his own record label dr-records. His music can best be described as a Eurodance/hip-hop reggae with a dancehall style. He sold an estimated 16 million records worldwide and is most famous for his worldwide 1992 hit "It's My Life". Jessica Folcker (born 9 July 1975) is a Swedish singer, better known by her mononym Jessica. Her debut album Jessica in 1998 used her mononym, whereas follow up album Dino credited Jessica Folker. Her following albums På svenska in 2005 and Skin Close in 2007 have used her full name Jessica Folcker. She is best known for her two international hits "Tell Me What You Like" and "How Will I Know (Who You Are)" both in 1998 and for "(Crack It) Something Going On" that featured her vocals and was a big hit for Bomfunk MC's in 2002. In 2014, on February 15th, at the Scandinavium in Göteborg, Dr. Alban will team up with Jessica Folcker in the third heat of Melodifestivalen 2014 performing last with the song "Around the World" to win the chance to represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
