Corpo Diplomático is a Portugal New Wave band, who recorded a wonderful and super rare album called Música Moderna in 1979. Some of their members formed later the band Heróis do Mar. Maybe the most famous band member was Pedro Ayres Magalhães, who has worked with the world famous world-music band Madredeus and with the pop band Delfins. They were a mark in the beggining of the alternative rock scene in Lisbon, but almoust no one remenbers them.
