Charlie "Rat" Picasso is a rapper from Detroit, Michigan signed with Alpha Male Entertainment. After years of being in and out of jail in 2009 Charlie "Rat" Picasso stepped back on to the Detroit rap scene repping his neighborhood of Woodrow-Wilson. He was featured on J-Nutty & Blackface of Rock Bottom album "Bootleggers Dream" which is a CD/DVD release. Charlie was featured on the song "Tools On Deck" which featured the all stars of Detroit rap such as Seven The General. He also had a solo track titled "Hitman" on Tony Fenkell's album "Cane County". In 2010 Charlie "Rat" Picasso dropped his debut album "Let Me Hold Sumthin" which features J-Nutty of Rock Bottom, Tony Fenkell & Big Herk.
