Captive Nation Rising was a reggae band that formed in the early 1990s, out of the ashes of the straight edge band Vegan Reich. They released only one record, a self-titled EP on Uprising Records. Frontman Sean Muttaqi went on to form Pressure in the late 1990s, before leaving music and converting to Islam.
