"...A classmate once introduced me to Nirvana and lent me that black-covered compilation released in 2002, I listened to that CD for hours and hours and the only thing I was sure of was that I wanted to do that, I wanted to play Rock Music. Then I discovered other bands, I must have been between 14~15 years old when I first heard the self-titled album "Foo Fighters" from 95 and man, that really hit me! I love that underground sound and insane riffs to this day. I remember when I read in a magazine or something that this album was recorded entirely by Dave and my reaction was like "Whaat?! That's fucking amazing!" I had no idea this was possible, but from that moment on I set this for myself as a goal, one day I would have a rock project developed entirely by myself, lyrics, melodies, riffs, every instrument played and every track mixed. I was (and still am) an average instrumentalist and a pretty bad composer, but everything was done with passion. Almost 20 years later, my goal was achieved, I hope you like it!" Wan Melo.
