Burghers is a powerpop / rock & roll band from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Niels de Wit (ex-Electric Tears, Johan and others), Simone Mansveld (ex-Bugs and others) and Frank Cuup got together to play their favourite songs by Buzzcocks, The Rousers, The Groovies et cetera. Then they started writing their own songs. Their début release, the 8-song, 19-minute long Last Days of Man was released in September 2018.
