BRILLIANT SWEATERS are a power-pop trio from Sunnyside, Queens, NYC. Formed in early 2008 as an outlet for three eager young musicians to explore their favorite strumming techniques and sugar harmonies, Bryan Sweaters (bass, vocals), Gypsy Mazz (guitar, vocals), and Danny Glass (drums, vocals) have succeeded in writing over 47 pop rock songs in their brief time together. Having tightened up their sound and successfully slayed crowds at several small NYC venues, including Galapagos, Supreme Trading, and a CMJ showcase at Cake Shop, the boys are now ready to take on the great wide internet with their first collection of recordings, Music is Free.
