He is known as a filmmaker, a songwriter and performer. He has released two solo CDs, 2004's "Speed Kills, Jesus Saves (and other missed opportunities) and the just released "Expatriate Passion Play and Gift Shop." Briscoe is also a composer of electronic music and soundtracks. His most recent release in the genre is "Beautiful Warning Signs." He also experimented by writing and performing with long time collaborator Tedd Klispch as the intense rock outfit Tall Young Men, whose debut release "Saint Record" is available on Last.fm as a free download. Most of these songs are being re-worked to be included in either Briscoe live shows or upcoming releases. Brick has recently scored Steve Goodman's comedy "Girl U Want." His company, Rockstore Productions, in which he partners with Rock Art Collector John Rauch, is heavily involved in producing both music and music history films. Brick has directed two dramatic feature films and several documentary features over the last few years. To say Briscoe is passionate about his creative process would be selling him and his collaborators short.
