The Blackout Project was (and is) actually a radio show on Radio 101 and led by DJs Frx and Phat Phillie. Some time after founding the show, the Blackout Project group was formed and it was oriented on hip hop. It was the first attempt of bringing the hip hop to wide span of audience in Croatia. Some of the artist included in TBP were Tram 11 (General Woo and Target), El Bahattee, Stupni, Stoka, Nered, Elemental, Renman etc. The most successful artist originated from that project were and still are Tram 11 and El Bahattee. The Project group started somewhere in 1997. and fell apart in 2001. with everyone continuing on their own, creating their own albums.
