A fine Spanish flamenco guitarist, de Moron studied with Ramon Montoya and Ninio Ricardo, whom he toured Spain with before moving to the United States in 1953. After returning to Spain in 1967, he recorded with singers Rafael Farina, Manolo Caracol, Manuel Vallejo, Nino de Oriuela, and Juanita Reina, as well as performing in flamenco festivals. His Flamenco Espana album, recorded with dancers and American guitarists, was reissued on CD in 1996.
