Beachside talks is a four-piece dream pop band based in Tokyo. The band formed in 2017 as a university club cover band of the music of Relativity Theory, and has been performing as an original band ever since. Influenced by ‘80s UK rock such as The Cure and The Police, as well as current shoegaze/dream pop such as Beach Fossils and DIIV, the band plays a flood of innocent sounds centered around a jangly guitar sound.
