several people, some from other bands; some not, got together under the steely gaze of a mr derek soul in the winter to spring segue of 2007. they recorded an album in under 3 days (so, two) and then derek mixed it lovingly before adding a few sprigs of basil and sending it off to seek its fortune in america. where, the band mused, the streets quite possibly could be paved with gold.
