Baal Tinne (pronounced "Bahl Tinnuh") is an acoustic Irish band based in Chicago, Illinois U.S.A Founded in the 1980s by flute player Noel Rice from Geashill, Co.Offaly, the band now consists of five members: Noel on flute and tin whistle, his daughter Cathleen on fiddle, his son Kevin on bodhran and percussion, Matt Sundstrom on guitar, and Richard Roche from Greystones, Co.Wicklow on piano and keyboards.
