Artist
Raised from the ashes of Sydney hard rock band Boss by Csongrady, Pratt and Heckenberg, BB Steal (Beg Borrow Steal) was a slick, melodic commercial heavy rock band in the mold of Def Leppard. Signed to Virgin, the band failed to gain the heights of success which was reasonably expected of them in light of the popularity of their musical style at the time and even with the assistance of Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen (who produced the album), BB Steal fell by the wayside. BB Steal featured, during the course of 1991, drummer Craig Rosevear, who later went on to play with the Screaming Jets.
