Attic Canaries is basically just the name under which notable songwriter Jason Rule, of Wethersfield Connecticut, has lately been recording. These songs focus more on the catchy quality that was lost in much of Rule's earlier writing. They also are generally played on an electric guitar, as Rule has decided to forego his heavily acoustic style of the last four years. Attic Canaries will be putting out a split tape within the next few month along with fellow artist/friend Mike Hein of the Magic Waterfall. The tape is a highly anticipated work of great quality, and will likely be the culmination of both these musicians already stellar careers.
