AHTR started in 2006 with a goal to create music that we believed in, with musical influences ranging from all different types of the metal/hardcore (whatever sub-genre you iike to use these days) genre, we set out to create something with a bit more thought then just your verse, chorus, beatdown bands that are around today. Soon after forming we gigged around Birmingham with a good reception where ever we went, we soon started to gain the attention of people in the local scene as well as other bands, gaining a few high profile shows with the likes of, It Prevails, Eternal Lord(RIP), The Arusha Accord, Viatrophy and many more. After that we went on the road gaining a bigger reputation around the UK aswell, even getting ourselves a tour in belgium. After a long and hard working 2009 we struck a bump in the road and lost two members of AHTR, after rebuilding the line up back with our two new members, we wrote some more tunes with a new perspective on how our band should sound. Which brings us to now, with tons of brand new material and new members, 2010 should see AHTR shine in a new light.
