飯島晃. Before his passing at the age of 43, Iijima recorded pieces of his own for the great Guitar Solos 3 compilation, released in 1979, alongside contributions by other luminaries including Henry Kaiser, Keith Rowe, Eugene Chadbourne and Davey Williams. He also recorded a piece that appeared on the Welcome to Dreamland (Another Japan) compilation released in 1985 and featured some of the earliest recordings featuring Keiji Haino, Chie Mukai, Ché-SHIZU, After Dinner and A-Musik.
