There is more than one band of this name: 1. A-Z is a progressive metal band that reunites Fates Warning vocalist Ray Alder with Warlord and former Fates Warning drummer Mark Zonder . Founded in 2022 and joined by Philip Bynoe (Warlord, Steve Vai, Nuno Bettencourt) on bass, Joop Wolters (Steve Walsh, Simon Phillips) on guitar and Vivien Lalu on keys the band have a melodic, progressive and deep sound, bringing to mind the classic era of Fates Warning albums like "Parallels" and "Pleasant Shade Of Grey" while recalling the hooks and melodies of Journey. 2. A-Z is a Chinese band fronted by singer-songwriter ε΄εη² (Wu Zhuoling), formerly of Wednesday's Trip along with θε (Su Yong), formerly of ε·ι ·δ»ε’. Their style combines trip-hop and electronic elements with folk, rock, and other styles. They released an album called ηΆε (Then) in 2009.
