Şizofren is a thrash metal band formed by Uğur Sezgün in 2013. Uğur used to play solo guitar in couple of bands but he wasn’t satisfied with the production and quality of bands so he started singing & playing and founded the band. The early line up of Şizofren published their first composition “Çanlar Kimin İçin Çalıyor” with the Selim Işık’s Karma4 Album for free which is available online. Right after this, band wasn’t able to come together with full line up due to some changes however with some stability they were able to perform live on 23 October 2014 for the first time at Shaft Club (Kadıköy/İstanbul) Altough band had it’s line up changes, they continued to play on many stages and events.
