Three Sides To The Coin was created just before the birth of Rob Losos' first child which may have marked the beginning of his change from a hard rock powerhouse to a grown up and disciplined musician. This album certainly shows maturity in the song writing and arrangements. This is a ROCK album at its core with heavy influences of FOLK. The artist shows us a glimpse of his mindset as his world is changing. Now You're 'Bout To Know, the lead track, includes a heartbeat recorded of his soon to be born daughter during a check up at the Doctors office. The title track Three Sides To The Coin seems to address his transformation but leaves a slightly rebellious inclination as the artist seems to be searching for an alternative to the choices presented to him. All music was written, played, recorded and arranged solely by Rob Loso except the heartbeat provided by his daughter and a cat meowing provided by the pet cat.
