This album was over ten years in the making. Nellie’s First Pull Up, Fluoxetine, and Llorona were written more recently than the other two tracks. Ode to Toki was a song that was reworked from 2015, and Rocky was resurrected from the early 2010s, before DESTRUCTION baby even existed. The Things I Do For Love is the band’s largest project to date, and was the last project where they worked with producer Andrew Welch.
