The Supreme Oppressor is the second EP from British metalcore band Sylosis, released on December 16th, 2007. Although some sources consider it a full album, the opening track is an intro, and Silence from Those in the Sky is an interlude, resulting in an EP of five songs. The album builds upon the sound of their debut EP Casting Shadows, incorporating more aspects of melodic death metal than the debut. The EP is not available for purchase through official channels from the artist or label, nor is it available on streaming services. According to tracked setlists, Sylosis has not performed a song from this album live since 2008, despite Manipulation Through Idols being a popular track among fans of the band.
