Recorded during the winter of 2007/2008, in a small attic studio in Toronto's west end. The songs depict life as it was happening then, and very simply convey the emotions felt in those situations. Robert performed most of the parts himself, with help from Owen Davies (upright bass on "Beating Compass") and Michelle Mayer (vocals on "Car 5342"). Digital mastering by Ryan Mills.
