For their third release the band have created a broader album with a greater rock influenced sound while maintaining their characteristic progressive edge. Featuring many new and experimental sounds this is their strongest set of recordings to date. For this album the band wanted to take a new approach to writing and recording their music, partly in order to achieve a production that better suited the style of their music, and partly to explore a broader range of moods with new instruments and sounds that they had created in the early stages of writing the tracks for this album. This album conveys a simpler approach to the songwriting, with clearer and more defined lines throughout, while still maintaining some of the experimental aspects of the band.
