about this album

Stronger Than Death is the second studio album by Black Label Society, released on April 18, 2000. The album also includes “Love Reign Down,” a rare moment of emotional depth and introspection. Stronger Than Death was the last Black Label Society album to feature Phil Ondich, who left the band shortly after its release and was replaced by Craig Nunenmacher. The album was later reissued in 2001 with an alternate mix of “Counterfeit God.” Though it did not achieve mainstream commercial success, it remains a fan favorite for its unrelenting heaviness and raw energy, helping to soli
