Still is a project that was born out of a personal need and passion for music designed for sleep and inner exploration. It was inspired by the early work of ambient icon Steve Roach's; Structures From Silence and author Robert A. Monroe (Far Journeys) whose discoveries led to the use of sound as a therapeutic tool. Using sound design, field recordings and sample synthesis, each piece was designed to reflect certain natural breathing patterns prior to falling asleep.
