South December is the debut full length album from UK based artist, Ironlight River. Self recorded by Andy Fosberry through the winter of late '08 early '09, the album is gearing up for a mid year release. Across ten songs, the record captures many moods and textures, and also maintains its underlying feelings of lush memory, loss and darkness. But its never bleak. Taking musical cues from artists as diverse as Mark Kozelek, Mono, Oceansize and a host of others, this is an original, moving and enduring listen.
