Scorned Embrace began as a nameless project started by Elliott (Guitar) and Logan (Drums) in the summer of 2007 and continued to form as Mike "Drix" (Bass) joined in later that summer. Writing songs while waiting for Mike (vox) to return from air force duty in Afghanistan, the band officially began full practices in late October of 07. The band was finally complete when Stevo (Guitar) joined the band in December 07 after his arrival from being stationed in Germany. Since then the band has been writing songs, drinking, playing shows, drinking, writing more songs, drinking, and working hard to write enough material for their first cd to be recorded in early August 2008. Now a year in the making, Scorned Embrace is a full up and running metal band of five people who have a love for playing music and having fun every minute of it.
