This vinyl album of The Tapes at their highest, had a problematic release; Vertigo would not release 'Party' after recording in 1979 for unknown reasons. After some effort to find another label interested, finally Passport (US) would release it in both US and Europe. 'Party' only got an official release on CD in 2018 as part of a limited edition reissue.
