This, his first album, Pangaea (2007) blends musical influences from Sting to Yanni and presents an eclectic blend of rhythms and instrumentation from around the world. His second album Souljourner released in 2009, continues in this direction with a rich blend of comforting, relaxing and spicy music. von Baron believes that music is the true universal language and the tool most adept at bringing our world closer together through tolerance and understanding.
